- Follow up on the collection and verifying employee and timekeeping data and maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Review on the ensuring of payroll calculation compliance with policies, procedures, and governmental laws (tax law, social insurance law).
- Prepare and calculate the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Revise the preparation of HR letters to open a bank account for new employees.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues.
- Follow up on addressing and resolving employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
- Work with company database programs to process payroll.
- Follow up on salary adjustments, sick and vacation time.
- Update employee payroll deductions and verify deductions match enrollment report.
- Review on solving the pay issues.
- Participate in month-end payroll tasks.
- Follow up the process of employee changes and transactions in HR and Payroll systems with high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Work directly with the bank in opening new accounts for the employees.
- Preparing overnight allowances for labors.
- Responsible for the working from home payroll cases and bonuses
- Explain the company's policy to the newly hired blue collar / admin employees and answering their inquiries.
- Responsible for preparing settlements, whether for new hires or resigned ones.
- Support in the dismissal of cash salaries to employees at the end of each month
- Maintain and document each payroll record.
- Reviewing the employee and salary database for new appointments.
- Assist in the process of extracting payroll reports.
Bachelor’s degree in business / Human Resources.3-5 years of experience in payroll.Strong knowhow of payroll legislations and processesPrevious experience in SAP is highly preferred.English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written and Spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
