Area Sales Manager - Alexandria

  • Managing the execution of the area sales plan for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Keep an active and smooth communication with other departments like: demand, warehousing, fleet and etc.
  • Study and analysis market prices, trends, and competitors activities, 
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to sales management.
  • Visiting potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects

BSc/BA in business administration, retail management or similar field.Minimum 7+ years’ experience of retail and wholesale, preferably within FMCG business (Candidates from Cosmetics, detergents and etc. are highly welcome to apply)Excellent knowledge of all Alexandria routes and merchantsExcellent communication, handling and leadership skills.Car OwnerResidents of Alexandria
