About the Role:* 
Ship & C.R.E.W is looking for an experienced Technical Office Senior Engineer – Lifting Engineer to join our Port Operations Sector. This role is essential in planning and executing stevedoring operations for large, heavy, and extraordinary cargo such as windmills, train cars, and oversized freight. If you have strong expertise in lifting techniques, load analysis, and stevedoring simulation, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in our port operations.

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Stevedoring Planning & Execution : Develop detailed lifting and handling plans for complex cargo, ensuring safe, efficient, and optimized operations.  
2. Lifting & Load Analysis: Conduct stress analysis, load distribution studies, and risk assessments to guarantee the safety and integrity of cargo movements.  
3. Equipment Selection & Simulation: Identify the appropriate cranes, lifting gears, and transport equipment, creating detailed 2D/3D simulations using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.  
4. Storage & Lashing Planning: Design secure storage and lashing solutions for transported cargo, ensuring stability and compliance with industry standards.  
5. Performance Reporting & Optimization: Generate regular operational reports, track sector performance, and suggest innovative improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
