1. Develop delivery schedules and transportation routes and optimize the assignment of delivery reps to minimize costs and delivery time. Monitor and oversee the rollout of all delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to clients.
2. Coordinate the delivery of orders to zones not covered by El Ahlyia’s branches and monitor fulfillment. 
3. Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of products to maintain their quality and integrity during transportation.
4. Ensure delivery representatives provide excellent service and professional communication to reinforce client relationships. Serve as a point of escalation for client delivery-related concerns, addressing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and track KPIs to measure delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Generate periodic reports on delivery performance, operational costs, and service improvements and submit them to the Supply Chain Manager.
6. Coordinate with the Vehicles Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the fleet is maintained in optimal condition. Schedule regular maintenance checks and address any issues to minimize vehicle downtime.
7. Establish procedures for verifying product quantities and types before dispatch. Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory documentation and minimize discrepancies between dispatched and delivered products.
8. Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions, such as vehicle breakdowns or unexpected traffic delays, to ensure minimal impact on delivery schedules.
9. Match sales orders with product invoices, communicating any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders. Communicate invoice types to delivery reps and mandate the matching of loaded products at the Warehouse with invoices. Follow-up on execution with delivery reps, addressing issues as needed.
10. Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline delivery operations and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

       11.Liaise with Collection Section to delegate convenient receivable collection activities to delivery reps where applicable, maximizing resource utilization and operational efficiency.
