Team Lead - Procurement & Facility Management

  • Design, modify, and update 2D and 3D technical drawings for facility layouts, mechanical  systems, and equipment. 
  • Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical and technical  systems within the facility. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with  safety standards. 
  • Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment, including HVAC,  chillers, UPS & generators etc.. 
  • Maintain documentation of facility layouts, machine placements, and engineering designs. 
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for facility improvements. 
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on facility-related projects. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies. 

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, engineering support, or a related role. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3Dmax), SolidWorks, or other CAD software for mechanical  design. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC and facility management. Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization. Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Certification in facility management or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
