Netarow Company seeks a talented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual who excels in building client relationships and delivering exceptional results in digital marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure their marketing goals are met.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing strategies with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve marketing campaigns
  • Communicate efficiently via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom to maintain seamless client interactions.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting insights and solutions confidently.
  • Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, like contracts.
  • Design and renew sales proposals.
  • Update internal databases with account information.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
  • Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Create detailed reports of campaigns’ results.
  • Perform market and competitive research.
  • Help create promotional materials (e.g. presentations and videos).
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:Minimum 2 years as an Account Manager (Specially in Digital Marketing Field).A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.Strong communication skills with a confident and professional presence.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)Hands-on experience with CRM softwareExperience in digital marketing and a deep understanding of its services.Fluent in English (spoken & written).
