Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and conferences.
- Oversee and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and requests.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively.
Job Requirement Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative AssistantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independentlyAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both in verbal and written form.Must be highly presentable with a polished and professional appearance suitable for a high-end role.Adaptable to weekly travel to our Factory in Gamasa.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, booking travel, expense management, and calendar managementAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive informationExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFluent in English and Arabic
