- Develop plans for preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance and comprehensive maintenance and supervision of its implementation.
- Strong decision making, planning and time-management skills.
- Monitoring the purchase order with spare parts required and inventory follow up.
- Management and control of spare parts warehouse and technical inspection according to the required technical specifications.
- Implementing power saving projects.
- Managing and monitoring the Spare Parts Warehouse.
- Monitoring the efficiency of Production Lines.
- Analyzing maintenance problems and devise solutions to improve plant production, reduce downtime, prevent repeat failures and/or increase the time between scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance done on time, follow up the cleanliness of equipment and inspect it.
- Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to prevent it.
- Conduct a daily meeting with the technicians to discuss the department problems.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 5 – 10 Years in Mechanical Maintenance and crushers ,ball mill, blower, loaders, forklifts,.. etc.cement Experience or any heavy industries are preferred.Good command in English.Baniswef Resident Is Preferred
