Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design, implementation and manufacturing orders for racking systems and supermarkets & shop-fittings customized products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Initiation & Scoping: 
  • Receive project requests from sales teams.
  • Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed site surveys.
• Design & Engineering: 
  • Develop detailed shop drawings and technical specifications for systems.
  • Utilize engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, quality, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare material lists and quantity take-offs for production and procurement
• Technical Support & Coordination: 
  • Provide technical guidance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Address any technical challenges or issues that may arise during production or installation.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Quality Control: 
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards for all systems.
  • Conduct check-up on materials and finished products.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: 
  • Research and explore new technologies and materials for improving design efficiency and product quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall project delivery.
