- Prepare award of contracts, checks contract documents as well as make recommendations of contractor’s valuations.
- Assisting in the project budget, schedule planning and review design & shop drawings.
- Coordinate various projects between technical office, sites and designers.
- Participate in daily technical office activities (quantity surveying, contracts and invoices)
- Taking part in the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects. Reviewing subcontractors' and clients invoices.
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate and develop detailed project schedule together with engineers, vendors and construction contractors.
- Communicate projects' progress and problems/risks/concerns to senior management.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up on the subcontracted works and client invoices .
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
BSc Degree in Engineering preferred “Civil – Architect"+3 years of experience in a similar field.Very Good knowledge of computer applications.
