Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc.)
· Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time
· Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts
· Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models
· Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl. commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts
· Completing the service task given during the due date.
· Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done.
· Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator.
· Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job.
· Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars…etc.).
