Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Assist in crafting the marketing plan and budget to meet business objectives.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to improve brand visibility.

✅ Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and manage website updates.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

✅ Market Research & Brand Development

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Assist in branding, PR, and communication efforts to enhance brand reputation.
  • Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

✅ Event & Promotion Management

  • Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and media for brand exposure.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

 


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years in a marketing role (digital marketing, brand management, or social media).Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).Excellent communication and content writing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred (but not required):Experience in retail, tech, or e-commerce industries.Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations. Location: Heliopolis/ObourJob Type: Full-timeWorking hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pmWorking Days: 6 days a week (Friday is off)
