Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to perform responsibilities of designs, engineer, selection and estimation Electrical and electromechanical products and systems by developing strong and proper estimation of ELV Systems. 
• ELV systems including (CCTV, ACS, LC, BMS, FA, PAVA, HA, GRMS, ICT, EMS Audio & Video Systems)
• Design and engineer ELV Systems base on Specification, Project Drawings and Employer Requirements
• Can generate System connectivity and I/O Schedule, Equipment Schedule, Controllers, Panels, Field Devices selection, schematic control diagram and system architecture. 
• Responsible and able for managing the ELV system, design, programming, commissioning activities and delivering the system for integrated solutions 
• Direct contact and involvement with internal and external contacts. Internal like: General Manager, Sales Manager, Operation Manager, AutoCAD Draftsman and External contacts  like: Main contractor, MEP Contractor, Sub-contractors, Engineers and Client Representative, Consultant. 
• Review of specifications, drawings design and details to ensure proper estimation of ELV system 
• Contact and communicate and manage vendors and manufacturer for EL. 
• Ensures ELV systems standalone are comply with specs and propose best optimized selection for lowest cost to enable winning. 
• Establish library of proper costing to be used as backup and fast response
• Establish budgetary tool for system estimation 
• Attend and arrange ELV system meetings where required 
• Ensures the ELV system trackers and documentation are updated 
• Ensures the ELV FLS system MCI is inspected and approved by house of expertise 
• Handling the complete estimation and design to execution team once project is awarded
• Handle material submittal and engineering submittals 
• Maintain proper prequalification file and updated all time
• Review the Design Drawing of all System’s.
• Review the specification of all System’s.
• Co-ordinate with supplier’s for selection of all System’s.
• Prepare the Material and Technical submittal of all System’s.
• Co-ordination with consultant for approval and technical clarification.
• Apply the electrical techniques, procedures, and in all relevant international codes and
  standards.
• Follow up Project Closure activities.
