Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage resource allocation and coordination within our tech hub. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while optimizing the use of our technical resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources (human, technical, and financial) within the tech hub to ensure efficient project execution.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on resource utilization, project progress, and any potential issues to management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and department heads to ensure alignment of resources with project needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving resource management processes and implement best practices.
RequirementsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or tech environment. Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience in a software house or tech hub environment.
