Area Sales Manager - Great Cairo

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in Greater Cairo.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure outstanding performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns.

Analyze sales reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales operations and customer satisfaction.


✔️ Proven track record in the FMCG industry (at least 5+ years).✔️ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.✔️ Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.✔️ Deep understanding of the Greater Cairo market, distribution channels, and customer behavior.✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive decision-making.✔️ Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
