Duties and responsibilities
1.Sales and Customer Service:
Promote and sell Orange Egypt's products and services in compounds, residential communities, companies, and commercial outlets to meet sales targets.
Provide detailed product information and deliver exceptional customer service during in-person interactions and outbound calls.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
2. Customer Experience:
Ensure superior customer experience by being attentive, responsive, and professional.
Assist customers in choosing products and services that best meet their needs while building strong relationships.
3. Product Delivery:
Handle timely and accurate product delivery to customers.
4. Sales Strategies:
Perform outbound calls to upsell Orange Egypts products and services.
Contribute to Orange Egypts market growth by executing effective outdoor sales strategies.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Represent Orange Egypt in promotional activities within compounds and other target areas.
5. Reporting and Feedback:
Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Propose improvements based on customer interactions and identified opportunities.
