Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the sports industry to lead our marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sports marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sports-related marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and driving growth in the sports sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that are tailored to the sports industry.

Oversee all aspects of campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring objectives are met.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and event marketing.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently for maximum campaign impact.

Brand Strategy:

Lead the development of the company’s sports brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine brand positioning and increase brand awareness in the sports market.

Identify new market opportunities within the sports industry to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the sports industry.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including ROI, KPIs, and key metrics.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, focusing on engaging sports audiences.

Utilize digital tools and platforms to engage with sports enthusiasts and drive brand loyalty.

Event Marketing:

Lead the organization and promotion of sports-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Collaborate with event organizers, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximize exposure and achieve campaign goals.

Ensure events are promoted effectively through digital marketing, PR, and traditional media channels.


Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the sports industry.Proven success in managing large-scale sports marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus).Deep understanding of sports industry trends, fan engagement, and marketing strategies.Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing techniques.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
