Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically in personal care products, Cosmatic or closely related fields.Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets in a competitive environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to interpret market data and leverage it to make strategic decisions.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management related to personal care items, particularly absorbent products such as pads.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team building, motivation, and performance management.
