Role and Responsibilities
• Maintaining, monitoring and coordinating the workflow of tasks internally & externally.
• Organizing, attending and offer suggestions in all process of implementation.
• Documenting and following up on important actions for the meeting.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings as required.
• Audit & ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports as needed.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Supporting & coordinate all process with Operation manager.
• Assist All Department, when necessary, after coordinating with direct manager.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company to direct manager.
• Assist All Department when necessary.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in business administration or any relevant field.
• must be able to wear many hats and facilitate various deliverables at once.
• Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once prioritize and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines.
• Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement.
• Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a projects and tasks.
• Reliable with patience and professionalism.
