• Implements specific Electrical engineering works by the work program of a project or as requested within his department. 
• Organizes and supervises the work of engineers and draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant support and/or advice to project teams as applicable. 
• Responsible for efficient and effective design of electrical engineering works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc. 
• Verifies that all designs, drawings, and documents are up to current codes and standards and are under company policies and manuals. 
• Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project. 
• Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Electrical Department Manager or his responsible Principal Electrical Engineer, as applicable.  

Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.Knowledge of Electrical design standards and codes.Microsoft Office Knowledge of procedure and terminology for designing; writing specifications and performing construction support, design review, and project management.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels. Strong analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, and team-player skills. Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications, and estimates to use in the course of design. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and directives. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form. Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to motivate staff through proper direction and counseling. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization. Able to learn, retain, and apply various laws and regulatory codes relevant to assigned areas of responsibility. Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.Able to read and understand technical information.
