- Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ECC Group’s quality policies.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Monitor key quality indicators and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in risk assessments and compliance evaluations.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality procedures, guidelines, and audit reports.
- Support the development and revision of SOPs to align with best practices.
- Assist in training employees on quality standards, policies, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness within the organization.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions based on customer complaints and audits.
Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), or TQM is a plus.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, audits, or compliance in educational, fintech, hospitality, health care or similar industries.Familiarity with ISO standards, QMS, and regulatory frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to implement quality control measures effectively.Quality management software (e.g., SAP QMS, Qualtrax, Intelex).Data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
