Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance. This role requires a presentable, professional individual with fluent English language skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
