- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for educational services.
- Lead internal audits and external certification processes to maintain quality excellence.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Develop KPIs and quality benchmarks to measure operational and educational performance.
- Conduct regular data analysis and trend reporting to identify areas for enhancement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on quality metrics and compliance findings.
- Train staff on quality standards, compliance policies, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement, preferably in an educational or training environment, Fintech, Hospitality, health care or similar industriesProven track record of leading audits, managing compliance programs, and driving continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with educational quality standards and accreditation requirements. Strategic quality planning and execution. Stakeholder management and leadership. Quality management software (Odoo System) Data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
