Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires a professional, presentable individual with fluent English language skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on property sales, rentals, and investments.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and investors.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
Prepare and present property reports, contracts, and documentation to clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
