Key accountabilities/ Main Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design & Content Development:
- Design and develop engaging, interactive training content, including e-learning modules, videos, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
- Apply ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to create dynamic learning experiences.
- Ensure training content aligns with business goals, brand identity, and evolving FMCG retail needs.
- Continuously update and refine learning materials to enhance engagement and relevance.
- Design and develop multimedia instructional tools and products.
- LMS Management:
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth course setup, user enrollment, and reporting.
- Support LMS enhancements, including new feature rollouts, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor learner progress, analyze LMS data, and generate reports to measure training effectiveness.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting content to different audiences.
- Use interactive facilitation techniques to engage learners and ensure knowledge retention.
- Support internal trainers by providing instructional materials and guidance for effective delivery.
- Define and document learning objectives.
- Design content to optimize learning and enhance learner experiential.
Technical / Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and training development.Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM methodologies and instructional best practices.Proficiency in e-learning tools is highly preferredExperience managing an LMS and analysing training performance data.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage retail learners
