- - Greet and welcome the guest upon arrival. And always provide all guests with a high-quality service and hospitality standard.
- Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights and increase occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Responsible for all Marketing & Sales activities as well as business development including but not limited to pricing, timing & number of sales promotions, closing corporate deals.
- Manages all functions of the Conference and Banquet operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Communicates, cooperates, and coordinates closely with both housekeeping and accounts departments in all front desk-related functions.
- Handling contract management and negotiation, as well as data performance analysis to make the best business decisions.
- Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
- Reporting to the upper management on the department’s progress.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
*Job Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a hotel receptionist or guest services role.
- V. good command of English.
- Excellent in customer service, sales, negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
