About the Job:
COMTEC, Egypt's leader in security solutions with over 70% market share, is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to various clients, coordinating with consultants, and supporting the sales team in pre-tender phases. You will also be responsible for conducting security analysis for client sites and recommending the best security solutions to meet their needs.
In this role, you will work closely with the engineering department to ensure our products meet client specifications, while also performing competitive analysis to keep us ahead in the market. Your technical expertise, combined with strong sales and communication skills, will ensure our solutions are properly represented and supported throughout the sales cycle.
Job Description
- Promote the organization’s products and services to various clients.
- Understand market competition and Perform competitive analysis for the organization’s products.
- Responsible for specifying the organization’s products with consultants specialized in security sector.
- Conduct frequent technical awareness meetings with Consultants to ensure they stay updated and biased to our specifications.
- Work in coordination with Sales Team in pre-tender phase to specify the organization’s products in advance.
- Provide in-house technical support for Sales Team.
- Assist Sales Team in conducting meetings with clients to emphasize the competency of the organization’s products.
- Establish proper connection with engineering department at client side to assist the organization in securing the deal.
- Perform security analysis for client’s site and recommend proper solutions to meet the client needs.
Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Electronics/Power/Communication.Excellent ability to research, study and understand technical products aspects.2–10 years of experience in similar roles will be considered, with opportunities available for both junior and senior positions.Customer oriented approach coupled with good sales skills.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Excellent command in English language.Ability to work under pressure in multi-tasking environment.Owning a car is a must.
