Financial Pricing Analyst

Pricing Strategy and Market Analysis: 

- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. 

- Conduct market research to analyze competitor pricing, customer behavior, and industry trends. 

- Design and optimize dynamic pricing models based on cost structures, demand forecasts, and financial objectives. 

Financial Analysis and Cost Management: 

- Evaluate production costs, fluctuations in raw material pricing, and operating expenses to accurately determine product pricing.

 - Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction. 

- Conduct profit margin analyses and assess the profitability of new and existing products.

 Data Management and Reporting: 

- Maintain pricing databases and monitor pricing performance across various product lines. 

- Prepare financial reports and dashboards that provide insights into pricing efficiency and revenue trends. - Perform predictive analytics and scenario studies to support strategic decision-making. 

Collaboration and Communication with Stakeholders:

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with promotional campaigns and business objectives. 

- Provide data-driven pricing recommendations to support negotiations with distributors, retailers, and suppliers.

 - Ensure all pricing decisions comply with financial regulations and company policies. 

Continuous Improvement and Market Research:

 - Monitor developments in the food sector, including inflation, taxes, and changes in consumer preferences.

 - Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance pricing methodologies.

 - Propose adjustments to pricing models in response to market shifts and business needs. 

 

 


 


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA) preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or revenue management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI). • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamix AX pricing software. • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management. • High accuracy in financial calculations, pricing analysis, and data management.
