Senior Export Specialist

 Oversee Export Processes: 
Manage the entire export process, ensuring compliance with
international regulations and standards to streamline operations.


 Samples Handling: 
Taking requests from customers with their needs, request the samples
from the relevant Dept and assuring they are prepared according to customer requirements
and dispatching them by courier.


 Logistics: 
Establishing and managing schedules for Export shipments. Making vessel bookings
and trucking transportation. Loading containers with the required and maximized capacity
related to each product. 
This task requires meticulous planning and communications to
ensure timely deliveries.


 Documentation Management: 
Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation,
from order receipt to shipment dispatch, ensuring compliance with customs requirements
and Importing Country’s regulations. These documents include but not restricted to: Proforma
Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Declaration, Health Cert. Application, etc…


 Reporting: 
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor
activities for management review.


 Collaboration: /

Coordinate with supply chain team and all relevant company departments to
ensure timely delivery of Products inputs that will be shipped to international clients.
 Address Operational Issues: Take initiative to develop solutions for any challenges that may
hinder export activities, such as production lead time or customs delays or logistical issues.
 Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on export regulations and ensure that all operations adhere
to legal requirements, minimizing risks associated with international trade.
 Communications outside the business hours is a must and will be a major KPI.


 Detail-Oriented: The ability to manage documentation accurately and ensure compliance withregulations is critical. Problem-Solving Skills: Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills to identifyopportunities for improvement within logistics processes. Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also beingable to work independently is important for success in this role Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential foreffective interaction with international clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions thatdrive sales growth. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships withclients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals with internationalbuyers. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to cope with the existing companyenvironment is important
