Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive work environment.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Payroll Administration: Manage the full-cycle payroll process, including accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee payments, resolve payroll discrepancies, and address employee inquiries. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and collaborate with finance/accounting departments to streamline payroll operations.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2:4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll, regulations, and best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
