Logistics Administrator
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and Revise shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, COAs and bills of lading,…)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Follow up ACID setup
Work experience as a Logistics Administrator or similar roleKnowledge of logistics (incoterms, Release laws,…) Good English language Excellent organizational and time-management skillsGood communication skillsBSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant fieldPreferably with experience of pharma industry.
