Due to business expansion in Egypt, we are hiring One experienced International Sales Manager to support the planned strategic growth of the overseas markets ( Primarily Egypt)
Work Location
Cairo, Egypt (may needs frequent travel within Egypt required based on project needs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Business development & Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies for Egypt’s telecom market (Telecom Egypt, Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat, etc.) to meet sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
5. Bidding & Commercial negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and bidding processes to secure profitable deals.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, market insights, and client feedback.

Qualifications1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Communication Engineering or related fields.2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in international sales within the telecom industry; proven success in telecom operator markets preferred.3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GPON, FTTH, routers, switches, etc.4. Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.5. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities; adaptability to frequent travel.6. Proven Sales Track record.
