Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Oversee sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and business development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in financial services, tax preparation, bookkeeping, or related industries is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
