Total Rewards Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Total Rewards Supervisor located in Giza, Egypt, at ElAbd Foods. The Total Rewards Supervisor will be responsible for managing and implementing the organization's total rewards program, including compensation and benefits. They will oversee the design, communication, and administration of total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

HR Budget: Participate in budget planning with all company departments and HR department heads, conduct monthly expense reviews, ensure alignment with accounting reports, and verify compliance with the approved budget.

Market Research: Conduct regular market research on best practices and trends to ensure the implementation of the most effective compensation and benefits policies aligned with market practices.

Salary Structure and Workforce Budgeting: Oversee the development of salary, wages, and benefits structures to ensure adherence to the workforce budget.

Internal Equity: Continuously ensure the principle of internal equity by maintaining alignment between job importance, its position within the job grading structure, and its corresponding salary in the pay structure.

Incentives and Benefits: Develop an incentives and benefits policy and ensure its implementation across all employees to uphold the principle of fairness.

Payroll: Supervise and ensure that payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner, aligning with the company’s objectives.
