Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, growth strategies, and expertise in app monetization. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
    • Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  3. Content Creation and Management:
    • Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, along with recommendations for improvement.

 

 

Growth Management

  1. User Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and growth for our mobile applications.
    • Implement A/B testing and other growth hacking techniques to optimize user acquisition funnels.
  2. User Retention and Engagement:
    • Design and implement initiatives to improve user retention and engagement, such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized marketing.
    • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
  3. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Use insights to inform growth strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of growth objectives across the organization.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Monetization Expertise

  1. App Monetization Strategies:
    • Develop and implement effective monetization strategies for mobile applications.
    • Identify and optimize multiple revenue streams, including:
      • In-App Purchases: Offering additional content, features, or virtual goods for purchase within the app.
      • Subscription Models: Charging users a recurring fee for premium features, content, or services.
      • In-App Advertising: Integrating ads within the app, including banner ads, interstitial ads, video ads, and native ads.
      • Freemium Model: Offering a free version of the app with basic features, with an option to upgrade to a premium version.
      • Sponsorships and Partnerships: Collaborating with brands or partners to feature their products or services within the app.
      • Data Monetization: Using anonymized user data to generate insights and opportunities for additional revenue.
  2. Performance Metrics:
    • Track and analyze monetization metrics to measure the effectiveness of different strategies.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on monetization performance and opportunities for improvement


QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Experience with mobile app marketing and monetization strategies is highly desirable.Skills:Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.Personal AttributesHighly motivated and results-oriented.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
