*Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure effective administration.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
