As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce our new investment in Egypt. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and help drive our success in the region.
We are looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies and programs and will support and guide employees, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a positive work culture that aligns with HT Solar Enerji's values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company policies
- Plan, manage, and oversee human resources practices, including recruitment,compensation, training, performance evaluation, and talent management processes
- Develop and implement procedures and policies that are suitable for the company's needs and objectives
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified employees
- Support current and future business needs through the development, motivation, and retention of human resources
- Maintain the compensation plan and benefits programs
- Coordinate the preparation of periodic HR reports and ensure the flow of information
- Support developments and changes in the organizational structure
- Prepare, manage, and guide career plans
