We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Participate in employee onboarding to ensure data entered is complete and accurate and employees have a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains records of insurance coverage, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other related personnel and payroll issues.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll notes.
- Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Implement training and development plans.
- Process the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
- Prepare all bonuses and annual raises sheets.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Stay up to date with latest HR trends and make recommendations when needed.
- Maintain a healthy and fun work environment through team building activities, events, employee engagement ideas.
- Handle periodic satisfaction and evaluation surveys.
Standard Minimum QualificationsEducation:BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.HR Diploma is a must.Experience:Proven 3+ years work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist preferably in the telecom or software field.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Languages:Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
