- Manage projects budget including time and cost prospective such as: project-based line, schedules progress, projects costs breakdown.
- Maintain and allocate resources on every projects phase.
- Coordinate with all related departments in the project such as: design DEPT, installation DEPT , procurements and finance.
- Manage projects cashflow.
- Maintain controlling tools on projects execution and budget.
- Monitoring projects progress and issuing regular report about projects status and POC.
- Issuing regular budget deviations to top management.
- Manage claims, variations orders
- Ongoing update master budget and projects schedules.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in planning, construction industry.Strong proficiency in planning software such as MS Project, Primavera & Data Analysis.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.
