Digital Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our digital presence. This role involves managing our website, social media platforms, and overall online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for identifying and collaborating with approved vendors, responding to potential customer inquiries, and driving prospecting efforts to expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
    • Maintain and update the company website to ensure it aligns with business goals and user needs.
    • Optimize website performance, including SEO and user experience enhancements.
  2. Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
    • Create, schedule, and monitor content across various platforms.
    • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and implement online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
    • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  4. Vendor Management:
    • Research, evaluate, and establish relationships with approved vendors for digital tools and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor deliverables meet company standards.
  5. Customer Interaction:
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential customers via email, social media, or other channels.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns effectively.
  6. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
