Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
* Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and manage project activities.
* Needs Assessment and Analysis:
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and requirements within the organization.
* Analyze data and feedback to determine the most effective training solutions.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content.
* Instructional Design and Development:
* Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and blended learning solutions.
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.
* Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance training content.
* Implementation and Delivery:
* Coordinate the delivery of training programs, ensuring smooth logistics and effective facilitation.
* Manage training schedules, participant enrollment, and communication.
* Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators.
* Evaluation and Reporting:
* Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
* Analyze evaluation data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and subject matter experts.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor on training and development matters.
* Budget Management:
* Develop and manage training project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
* Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of training delivery.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration).* 8+ years of experience in training project management, instructional design, or a related role.* Proven ability to manage complex training projects from start to finish.* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.* Experience with e-learning development tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Project management certification PMP is preferable.
