Secretary

Job Objective

To hire a secretary with strong organizational and communication skills to support the team with administrative tasks, from managing schedules and correspondence to preparing price offers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Organizing executives’ schedules and appointments.
  • Handling phone calls and emails.
  • Writing and preparing price offers when required.
  • Managing documents and reports.
  • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
     

 


QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Preferred degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). SkillsStrong Organizational Skills and time management.Excellent Communication Skills with clients and colleagues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and price offer writing.Customer Service and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken). Job RequirementsNo car ownership required.Residence in the same governorate or nearby the office.
