- Develop and enforce H&S policies and management system
- Prepare risk assessments for projects or operational tasks whenever needed
- Conduct regular sites HSE inspections
- Conduct H&S trainings frequently.
- Ensure implementation of safe work practices in all projects.
- Report potential hazards in all ongoing projects
- Intervene in unsafe activities or operations
- Ensure that teams on-site are committed to H&S regulations and instructions
- Improve and promote the H&S culture in the company.
- Conduct instant investigation whenever an incident occurs to detect root causes.
- Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to monitor compliance and identify safety issues and potential areas of improvement.
Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to interact with different levels of management.NEBOSH Certificate is a must.Strong Knowledge of standards and regulations in HSE
