- Lead and manage multiple pharmacy locations within the district.

- Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacy managers and staff.

bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (PharmD preferred).Licensed Pharmacist (if required by state regulations) 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and ability to drive team performance.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in pharmacy management.
