  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
  • Work closely with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Support in developing and managing budgets for different departments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assist in business planning.
  • Identify budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

  • Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.

4. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial policies.
  • Assist in tax filings, payroll processing, and regulatory submissions.
  • Implement internal financial controls and risk management strategies.

5. Cost Control & Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost-saving.
  • Track financial performance metrics and key financial indicators.
  • Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making.

6. Team Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance, procurement, and HR departments for smooth financial operations.
  • Provide guidance to junior finance staff and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax authorities for financial matters.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or service industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
  • Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial compliance standards.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present financial data to management.
  • Time Management: Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
