Collecting, Form 13, BL, Shipping invoice or subsidiary letter
Maintaining, follow up all customers claims or requests with shipping Lines
Daily Follow up containers till delivery to customer.
Maintaining Shipments records, including BL, customs documentation
Proceed BKG request.
Get Confirmation from all parties (Packing center, Trucker, Customs agent, Shipping Co), about Loading conditions and time.
Arrange loading procedures with all involved (Packing center, Trucker, Customs agent, Shipping Co). by system table send officially.
Send trucks details (car no, driver phone no. container no.) and time of pickup to operation Dep., follow up loading within duration.
Qualifications:1- Experience 1-2 years2- Fluent in English.
