CEO Executive Assistant

 

 

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide updates to the CEO.
  2. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes to ensure efficient time management.
  3. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  5. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  6. Handle expense reporting and reimbursements.
  7.  Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders such as business development, internal audit and operations departments.
  9. Cooperate and perform MENA region projects needed market research and data analysis to provide insights to aid in the creation of business plans.
  10. Maintain organized archiving system for both physical and digital documents

 


Educational Background Bachelor degree holder from Business Administration or any equivalent degree. MBA or PMP Certification will be an advantage.Experience At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the same role or any related role. Healthcare or management consultancy background is preferred.
