Receptionist (Female)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward them to the concerned personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain organized administrative records.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized to create a positive impression.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:A relevant educational background (preferably in Administration or Languages).Excellent communication skills and a professional customer service approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Neat and professional appearance reflecting the company’s image.Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.English proficiency is a plus.
