Business Development Executive

Our client is S/W company partner for salesforce application.

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Report sales results to manager on a regular basis
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

FLUENT SPOKEN ENGLISH (C1 - C2)Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotas preferably over the phoneExperience with CRM softwareUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsBSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role with SaaS product.
