Projects Sales Specialist (Exp in Finishing & Construction projects)

  • Identify potential projects and clients by researching and networking with industry professionals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors, developers, architects, and procurement teams.
  • Provide clients with solutions that meet their project needs, offering expert advice on the company’s product range.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with project clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, supply chain, and marketing to ensure the timely delivery and execution of projects.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets related to project sales and business development activities.
  • Attend project-related meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues related to the project.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales , Engineering , or a related field.2-4 years of experience in projects outdoor sales, preferably in construction.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to understand and interpret technical project specifications.Knowledge of market trends in construction materials, interior finishes, and large-scale project management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.Owning a personal car is highly preferable.Work Condition:Working Days: 5 days a weekWeekends: Friday & Saturday are offWorking Hours: 9 hours flexibleLocation: Maadi
